Dr Nidhi Srivastava, the visionary principal who established Vivekananda International School, is a fervent devotee of The Ramkrishna Mission. She is a lady of great qualifications, holding a Ph.D. in psychology. Dr Nidhi Srivastava, with her profound empathy towards young children, has positively affected the lives of many kids through counseling. Her conviction that 'autism or mental illness cannot hinder these young individuals from expressing their talents' has become a source of hope for many young spirits.

She is the esteemed founder of ‘Pradarshika’, a renowned psychological counseling and Guidance Centre. She is also the founder of ‘Centre for Career Planning and Personality Development’, Patna. Regularly sought after as a speaker by multiple organizations, she offers inspiration to both children and adults pertaining to common issues they confront.

Additionally, she is a founding member of 'Jeevan', a center dedicated to suicide prevention. Being a respected member of the Azad Nagar Thana peace committee, she has actively worked towards fostering communal harmony in the locality.

For years, she has provided support to the government in various children's issues, serving as both an educator and a psychologist.
